Do we use "cookies"?

How can you opt-out, remove or modify information you have provided to us?

To modify your e-mail subscriptions, please let us know by modifying your preferences in the "My Account" section. Please note that due to email production schedules you may receive any emails already in production.

To delete all of your online account information from our database, sign into the "My Account" section of our site and remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses & payment information. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.

In an attempt to provide you with increased value, we may include third party links on our site. These linked sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these linked sites (including if a specific link does not work).

Terms and Conditions

General Returns Policy

You may return most Comfy Commuter products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging accompanied by the original sales receipt. If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us, please contact Customer Support immediately.  We strive to keep you a Comfy Commuter customer, but if you are unhappy with your product for any reason, please let us know. We will send you a replacement product if needed or give you a refund. The item must be in not  show signs of substantial wear or damage to misuse. Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the product was received defective. We want to learn from the experience, so we will ask for your feedback in order to improve our products or services. 

• Returned within 30 calendar days of the delivery date. Returns and credits will not be given after 30 days.
• Item must not be a special order or a custom order

• Unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time period other than that 30 days noted in that item's  particular item description.

Refund/Return Policy: 

Receiving a Refund 

For items directed to our Returns Center, expect your refund within 4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper (though in many cases you'll receive the refund sooner). Please obtain delivery confirmation of the product returned.

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) and feedback from customer regarding the reason for return.

You can view completed returns and refunds by logging on to your account. If you do not receive your refund within 4 weeks from the day you sent us your return, please contact us. You will need to provide us with delivery confirmation of the item.

Refunds will be issued as follows:

Credit card purchases will be credited to your credit card. Purchased paid through your bank account will be credited to your bank account. Purchase made using gift cards will be credited to your account for a future purchase. Purchases using promotional certificates will not be refunded.

Discounts given at the original purchase (i.e, free shipping, multiple item discounts) will be deducted from refund amount as applicable.

Exchanges

If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, please return the item with an explanation of the problem and request for replacement.

Items Purchased from Other Sellers

Purchases made through our distributors should be returned to the original distributor. If you have not received the refund within 4 weeks of sending your order back to that seller, and the seller does not respond to your concerns, please contact us.
