Returns and Exchanges Policy Overview

We guarantee 100% satisfaction! You may return a purchase for a refund or exchange.

You may return any product purchased through www.ComfyCommtuer.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error or the product is defective.

We'll refund or credit the value of the item and any taxes you were charged. To receive a refund, the original packing invoice should accompany your return. Please indicate the reason you are returning the product along with the original packing invoice.

If the item to be returned was not sold and fulfilled by ComfyCommuter, you will need to contact the seller directly or follow the specific sellers's return instructions found in the order summary of Your Account. (Note: Orders from sellers that are shipped by Amazon.com through the Fulfillment by Amazon program are subject to the Amazon.com returns policy.)

Non-Gift Returns of Merchandise paid by Gift CardAll non-gift returns of merchandise paid via gift cards will be refunded to the original gift card.
